4 out of 5 stars Decent Headset   November 19, 2008
R. M. Burg
The headset for the most part was pretty good. It was very comfortable, the USB connection was cool. The only problem I have with mine is, I can not control the volume from the switch on the cord, the mute button works, but not the volume. I have to go into volume control and set the volume level there. Pain. Other than that great headset.

5 out of 5 stars Works well with Skype   November 2, 2008
coding (NY, USA)
I use Skype to communicate with my coworkers. I used to have a cheap headset with microphone that I use to communicate with my coworkers, and they always complained about the static and my low voice despite the fact that I was yelling at the microphone. With this headset, they can hear me very clearly. It's quite comfortable too, as I use it to watch movies for hours on my computer w/o using my speaker.

1 out of 5 stars Disappointed   October 30, 2008
Martyn R. Whittaker (San Diego, CA)

I already own a Logitech USB headset that has given me good service for a few years, so I when my son needed a headset for use with Skype, I thought Logitech.

Compared with my existing headset the build quality of this new one is very disappointing. It looks like they have skimped on materials and the device is very fragile.

Most disappointing of all is that the device does NOT work with Microsoft Vista and hence is unusable for us. Logitech's technical support in this area is about as much use as a chocolate teapot.

1 out of 5 stars Could not get to work with Windows XP   October 3, 2008
D. Seltz
This headset did work with my vista system but I could not get it to work with my XP system. I would get the message driver not found. Logitech support was no help at all (they directed me to Windows support).
