MSI COMPUTERS AND THEIR SUPPORT ARE WORTHLESS PIECES OF JUNK AND I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER ONE I HAVE ONE THAT IS STILL UNDER WARRANTY AND I CAN'T GET ANY HELP AT ALL SO I AM LEAVING MY COMMENTS FOR ANYONE FOOLISH ENOUGH TO BUY ONE THEY WILL KNOW BETTER

Came in a week later and since then I had no problems! This computer is fast, accurate and prompt. it's sleek look gives the computer a nice boost! I recommend this to anyone whose looking for a nice touch screen computer for an even better low price! It's definitely worth it!

I purchased this as an alternative to my laptop, for a bigger screen and just love it. It works fine out of the box, I followed directions and had it set up and the touch screen configured in minutes. I did order a wireless keyboard and mouse set (asus white ones),and I think that they were definitly worth it. I can easily work from across the room without moving the screen around since the wireless on the computer is just fine. I use it for taking online classes, watching movies, e-mailing family, and storing recipies and stuff. Maybe it wouldn't work for high powered gamers, but it is a great little household computer. The pretty white and glass screen is estheticly perfect in my country style low tech home.

I have seen a number of posts describing the difficulties in calibrating the touchscreen. I was ready to through this computer out the window until I found an obsure post with instructions.
When you try and open the calbration tool, or the program in the start menu, it appears they don't open. What they do is open a icon in the bottom system tray. From there you can perform the calibration, which is really very simple. After that your touch screen will be very accurate.
I really like this machine, I bought it to replace my 84 year old mothers laptop and she loves it.
Hope this saves a couple hours of pulling out your hair!

For a touch screen, you get Windows Vista basic and MSI touch. But the touch screen wouldn't calibrate. The MSI 'touch calibration', application wouldn't open, but others did and had to go to windows side for calibration markers.
The top left was right on, but the other three cross hairs was about an inch off and inside,
to far off the mark to be useful. Way to far off for touching.
Cheap and clean interface. But forget about the touch side or it will drive you nuts. They obviously
didn't calibrate the touch screen; before it left the factory, if they had of I would have
kept it.
For some reason, the seal on my box was broken, too. I think what is happening is they
are refurbishing bad computer sent back and then sending them out again, still broken???
Also, their website contains a 'touch calibration' download and it doesn't work! if you want tech support, you can't find this computer?? It isn't listed and then you can't send them any email. This computer is direct from China, with no American contact that I can see??? The quality of the computer is excellent, but the software still needs some more work. I suggest don't buy ANYTHING
from MSI, until they get their act together. Stick with well know brand names???
Another thing, I couldn't get any sound out??? They got it half right, but not all right??
